Almighty God of heaven and Earth,

Jesus the son that became flesh,

Holy Spirit for all our care,

Hear us and receive all our vows.

We accept thee thou who art slain,

Thou who ascended up to heaven;

With thee we are dead unto sin,

Our hearts would be raised up with thee.

We want to believe thy gospel,

We go and thy hand leads us on;

At Jordan we seek the way

That thy own disciples have trod.

By baptism a great token,

We surrender ourselves to thee;

Put thy seal on the covenant,

And make us forever Thine own.
