Hear thou prayer O lord

For the children giv’n to us

Allot them in Thy blessing

And joy of heav’n give to them.

Let their souls draw nigh to thee

When they are little children

Let thy glory be made known

At their youthful time O Lord.

With the blood of the saviour

Wash their souls and make them clean

Regenerated to be

That they may be Thine alone.

Now we plead for thy mercy

O Lord answer our request

Our souls now rest upon Thee

In mercy hear our requests.
